Bills & regular outgoings
The easiest way for you to manage regular outgoings (service charges, maintenance contracts etc.) would be to set up a standing order or Direct Debit. If we are managing the property for you and have received prior written agreement, we may issue payment for certain bills on your behalf, providing said bills are received in your name at our office and sufficient funds are held to your credit.
