Council tax and utility bills
To make your life easier, we will make arrangements for the transfer of both Council Tax and all utility accounts to your tenant. We will also take meter readings for your gas and electricity, enabling us to draw up your closing accounts. In addition to utility accounts, BT will require instructions directly from both you and your tenant, so please make sure that you make arrangements for this.
