The following pages of important safety requirements are your responsibility as the owner and landlord of your property. However, if you have signed up to our full Management Agency Agreement, we will also take on responsibility for the organisation of these safety requirements. As we will also be assuming responsibility, we will need to ensure compliance for all these important areas.
