Deposit

At the time of signing your tenancy for a property, a deposit will be required. This deposit is equivalent to one month's rent for the academic year from September 2010. The deposit will be held by us to cover any costs incurred through breakages, damage or other tenant liabilities.  The deposit will be fully protected by Tenancy Deposit Solutions in line with government legislation.

At the end of your tenancy, we will carry out an inspection of the property and it’s contents, in your presence, and assess if there are any deductions required, due to damages etc.

Please note:  You will not be able to use your deposit to cover any rent due.
