General information

We manage a large selection of properties specifically for the student market. All the properties are ideally situated within easy walking distance of Plymouth University and Plymouth College of Art and Design. The properties are all maintained to a high level, centrally heated and furnished for your convenience.

We have a great range of properties available from one bedroom flats, right up to ten bedroom houses for a larger student group. Rental rates are per calendar month and are fully inclusive of gas, electricity and water (subject to a strict over usage policy).

Tenancy periods run for eleven months from 1st September 2010. If you wish to stay in the property throughout the summer month of  August, full rent will be payable for this period. This option will only be available to you if you are to be staying at the property for the following academic year. If you wish to hold the property throughout the summer, but do not intend to stay there, you will be required to pay half the rental rate per month.
