Viewings

When we have identified a suitable property that matches your requirements, we will arrange for you to have a viewing. We are very flexible on viewings times as we realise it is not always convenient for you to view during working/travelling/college hours.

You will be accompanied by one of our helpful and trained members of staff, who will be able to answer any questions you may have or provide you with any further advice.

Please be aware that when you are viewing houses, they are the homes of other students at the moment and please have respect for other people and their belongings. It is the rooms that you are looking at, not peoples' possessions.

We do not conduct viewings of student houses before midday, out of courtesy to present tenants.

Please decide on the number of housemates that you plan to live with as we do not have the time to show all of our three, four, five bedroom properties, etc to everybody.

Please make sure that you remember to keep your scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep it, please call our office to cancel or rearrange.

Please make sure that all of your potential housemates view the properties together as properties are sometimes missed out on when not everyone has seen them.
