Administration / Agency fees
Prior to the commencement of your tenancy, you will be required to pay a fee to cover administration costs that will include:
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement and any legal notices;
- Referencing and credit checks;
- Check-in and check out of the property.
Our current administration fee stands at £200. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
