When you have decided that a property is right for you, we will need you to fill out a short, written application form. At this stage we can note down any details or requirements as provisional agreements, such as occupancy date and duration of your letting period etc.
You will be required to provide us with an administration fee upon application, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
