Rent

Rent is usually quoted on a calendar month basis, with you (the tenant) being responsible for Council Tax, water rates, gas, electricity and telephone costs (unless stated otherwise).

Rent is usually paid to our company bank account on a monthly basis and one month in advance. The first month’s rent will be required before you take up occupancy of the property. Alternative payment methods may be possible if these are agreed with us in advance.
